Director, Challenges and Competitions (A4)

Duties entail the development, management, design and execution of various competitions and events. Applicant must be self-motivated and work with sponsors and startups to execute numerous competitions a year.  This is a managerial position supported by a small number of staff.

Specifically, the duties include the following:
•    Project Management 
•    Marketing of competitions around the world
•    Organizing award-shows/events for the competitions
•    Designing the entry and judging process of these competitions
•    Liaising with sponsors and stakeholders of the competitions
•    Managing support staff

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:
•    Detail oriented person with good organisational skills
•    Project management skills
•    Marketing skills
•    Copy-writing press materials ability

Candidates are required to have at a minimum:
•    Undergraduate degree
•    Professional work experience in a related field
•    A positive attitude and a desire to execute perfectly

Full time.  Packages of £35,000 including bonus, plus the potential for equity – depending on experience – to be a part of this exciting and growing company.

Director, European Security Challenge (A3)

About the Role:
Duties entail the design and execution of a High Exposure European-wide multi-stage contract.  This will entail the delivery of a competition and event for a large government entity. Applicant must be self-motivated, have worked executing multi-year contracts, and be able to work with external partners to deliver a world class project with high impact in the media.   

Specifically, the duties include the following:
•    Project Management of a large-scale contract
•    Organizing the delivery of a contract that includes multiple partners
•    Overseeing the execution of a broad marketing and media plan
•    Organizing events that highlight critical points of the contract
•    Executing the entry and judging process of these competitions
•    Liaising with sponsors, advisors and stakeholders of the competitions

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:
•    Detail oriented person with good organizational skills
•    Management skills
•    Experience of working with Government as a customer
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills
•    Ability to communicate with technologists

Candidates are required to have at a minimum:
•    Undergraduate degree
•    3 years of work experience in a project management role

Full time.  Package of £50,000 including bonus, plus the potential for equity.

Sales & Marketing Executive (B2)

About the Role:
Duties entail the design and execution of our competitions and events. Applicant must be self-motivated and work with sponsors and startups to execute numerous competitions a year.  We have three open positions for this role with a different focus on either marketing, sales or events – depending on your experience and preference.

Specifically, the duties can include the following:
•    Working with a Competition Director to execute a competition
•    Marketing of competitions around the world
•    Organizing award-shows/events for competitions
•    Selling tickets or exhibition space
•    Executing the entry and judging process of these competitions
•    Administering the technical aspects of each competition
•    Liaising with sponsors and stakeholders of the competitions
•    Supporting the team in sponsorship fundraising

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:
•    Detail oriented person with good organisational skills
•    Project management skills
•    Marketing skills
•    Sales/fundraising experience
•    Event organising skills
•    Copy-writing press materials ability

Candidates are required to have at a minimum:
•    Undergraduate degree
•    Professional work experience in a related field
•    A positive attitude and a desire to execute perfectly
